There Is No Such Thing as A Burned-Out Prompt

' ... because every time you do a project
you are
a different person
with
different things to talk about.
A new voice will
always take over
and
take the project into
a completely
new
direction.

So never feel ...
oh I did that assignment already.

Approach it from a
different perspective
or different voice.
Always challenge yourself.

You could do
the same assignment
every day
and
always come up
with something new!'

  1. Did you feel the vibes my family sent to you last night?

I think I've told you before that I selected several of your/my journal pages, attached them to jute string, and displayed them on my wall. So, I hung them in my dining room/breakfast nook when we moved in here. Still visible from the front door, and taking up a whole wall. But, last night I decided that with all this household help I have at my disposal, maybe I'd like to move them. It was around ten pm, and Bergen, Mom, Ash and I were trying to get them even across the livingroom wall. Right behind the couch. Just, walk in my door, and BAM! Toni's art. Anyhoo, Bergman had just grabbed a string, and the words, HOLD ON TO IT TIGHT, had just left my mouth, as the string came sailing out of his hand and pages went everywhere as it fell. The look on his face was HILARIOUS! It said, D'Oh!! (homer simpson)
Anyway, we were just talking about the pages, and you, and how much we love you, and how I should just hurry up, tape up the Toni box and send it your way already. I mean, I've only been working on it for months now. Adding little bits and pieces. Including something from Savannah the other day! I'll have to send a detailed list so you know what the heck all that stuff is...haha!

Okay, lots of love to you!

  2. You know I love your work, Girl! I wish I had half your talent (and supplies). As always, I'm inspired, and I'm starting to gather bits and pieces here and there. I can't wait to get started. Love to ya!
